Amy Shepherd Operations Director
Amy has been working in business management for 19 years, with a wealth of experience in operations management.
Amy is our Operations Director with expertise in operational, event, financial, performance, project and programme management alongside excellent administrative and organisational skills. Amy studied and graduated from the Open University and has gained qualifications in Business Management whilst working in public, private and voluntary sector organisations.

Mark Marlborough Creative Director
Mark has been in the brand & advertising industry for 18 years, winning many awards for his creative work, and working along side many of the major brands we all know and love.
Mark is our Creative Director with a strong expertise in the Corporate, Financial, Food & Beverage and Environmental sectors. After graduating from Somerset College in the UK, Mark gained valuable experience at a number of top agencies establishing himself as an award-winning Creative and Design Director.

Sam Fletcher Digital Director
Sam has been working in the computing industry for 15 years and has a wide range of skills. Most recently Sam has specialised in website development; from small brochure websites to managing large Ecommerce websites with thousands of products and visitors daily. His other skills includes general IT networking, diagnostics and more.
After graduating from Plymouth University Sam went on to run his own website development business creating connections throughout the South West of England.
